This application offers a view of your dashboard to manage on-site attendance, visitor check-ins and sign-outs, as well as review and approve required documents with ease. In the event of an emergency evacuation, administrators can access evacuation lists and perform roll calls directly from the app, ensuring workplace safety and accountability while facilitating a rapid response to emergencies.

For staff users: this application supports automatic sign-ins and sign-outs of authorised staff via geofencing technology, which triggers when entering or exiting a designated area. Staff members can also use their mobile devices QR code through the app or their digital wallet. Moreover, staff can pre-book site visits in advance and set prerequisites, including requesting documents before guests arrive. The app also allows staff to reserve workspaces, such as desks, collaboration areas, or meeting rooms, all before they even step foot in the office.
